Method

    Roast green beans in a pan over charcoal or heat until dark and aromatic

    allow guests to smell the roast

  3. 3

    grind

  4. 4

    add coffee and water to a jebena

  5. 5

    boil carefully

  6. 6

    pour into small cups

  7. 7

    repeat for subsequent rounds.
